Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Superior Linen. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our refund policy.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, we kindly ask you to check your bank or credit card account again. Please note that there is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If the refund still hasn't appeared, we recommend contacting your respective financial institution.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send an email to help@superiorlinen.co.uk and ship your item to: Unit 3C, Langley Business Park, Salford, M6 6JP.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: Unit 3C, Langley Business Park, Salford, M6 6JP.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time frame for receiving your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

For items over 30 Kilogram, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
